Matt Cutts was invited to talk at the WordCamp San Francisco 2009 conference back on May 30, 2009. WordCamp is a conference that is held throughout the world that focuses on WordPress. They are people who use Wordpress that come to share ideas and ways to make WordPress better.
For those of us that were not able to go to that conference, they have made available some of the videos from those different camps that were held.
Matt Cutts is the head of the webspam team at Google, and he shared some good insight on SEO techniques you should be using on your WordPress blog. I think the information can be applied to any blog, but he gives some tools that are only used on Wordpress. The video is about 45minutes long, but he does a good job of keeping your attention. Take a look at it to see what he has to say!
